Traditional training methods typically involve your employees traveling and taking time off from work or fees associated with trainers to travel to you - both costly components for employers. Students can learn at their own pace and during times when they can best pay attention and step away from their current workload. Students have interactivity and various engaging lesson types – audio, video, web links, downloads, slideshows, surveys, etc. There are also assessments with immediate feedback to ensure content is learned and retained, and there are immediately downloadable tools/resources.

The material should be easy to view and read and is presented in a format specifically designed for self-paced learning, with interactive exercises, interesting videos, and an opportunity for students to participate in discussions. a. No. For varying access/pricing levels, you can choose a set number of individuals to enroll or choose to make the platform available to everyone in your company.

a. Course length varies. Some may take as little as 30 minutes, while others may take up to 2 hours. Students have the ability to start and stop learning when it’s convenient to them, and they can always pick right back up where they left off.

To subscribe to Reveal’s Purpose-Driven Recruitment™ online training, first browse the courses on our home page, then fill out the form with selected courses of interest and schedule a call with our training team to finalize the customized bundle of courses. Once you’ve selected the courses and decided who at your company would benefit from the training, there are two ways for students to be enrolled. If there are a small handful of students only, Reveal will enroll them individually and they’ll receive an email to complete the enrollment and begin the training. If it is a company-wide enrollment of unlimited users, Reveal will generate a group link and send it to the designated client contact, who can distribute the link to their staff to enroll themselves in the courses.
